How To Integrate Group Leads With Mailerlite

I assume you’ve done two things:

The last step you need to take is to integrate Group Leads with Mailerlite. Please, follow these steps:

1) Log into your Mailerlite account and then click on Subscribers.

Then, click on add new group to create a new group or new list. 

2) Name your group, then click create.

3) Once your group is created, right click on your group name, and copy the link address. This is to enable you to retrieve the group ID. 

Open a NotePad application (on Windows) or TextEdit (on Mac), then copy the link there. Take note of the last 9-digits number as that is the List/Group ID. 


4) After noting this. click on your profile avatar. Then, click on integrations. 

5) When you click on integrations, it takes you to the page as displayed below. Identify the "Developer API", then click Use.

6) This page displays your API key and the GroupID/ or ListID as recorder earlier. Open, a NotePad (on Windows) or TextEdit (on Mac), then copy this details into it.

7) Now that you've gotten the details of your Mailerlite autoresponder. Next is to integrate it into Group Leads. Reach out for the Group Leads icon at the top right part of your address bar. Select your Group, and click on the gear icon as shown in the screenshot below.

N.B:- Select the Autoresponder as it applies to you.

After clicking it, choose the Mailerlite Autoresponder. Then click on credentials.

8) Open your NotePad or TextEdit side by side the Group Leads dialog box then copy and paste the API Key and List ID into the Group Leads platform. 

Then verify and update.

Each time you want to approve new members who want to join your group, you need to follow the instruction here so that your leads would always go into the spreadsheet you’ve set up and the emails would go into Mailerlite autoresponder.
