How to Link Group Leads With Brevo

This tutorial will guide you through linking Group Leads with Brevo (formerly known as Sendinblue). Before proceeding, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

1. Group Leads Setup:
   • Group Leads is installed.
   • A Google Sheet is configured for your Facebook group.
2. Facebook Group Questions:
   • You have set up three questions for users to answer when joining your group.

Once the prerequisites are complete, follow these steps to integrate Group Leads with Brevo:

Step 1: Create a List in Brevo

1. Log in to your Brevo account.
2. Click on Contacts in the sidebar and select Lists.

   

3. Click the Create a List button.

   

4. Enter a name for your list and select the folder you want the list to be added to from the dropdown.

   

5. Click the Create List button.
6. Once the list is created, locate the List ID in the URL of the list page (e.g., List ID = 5). Note this ID for later use.

   

Step 2: Generate an API Key in Brevo

1. In your Brevo dashboard, click on your avatar or name in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll down and click on SMTP & API.

   

3. Switch to the API Keys tab.
4. Click the Generate API Key button.

   

5. Copy the generated API key and save it in a secure location (e.g., a notepad) for later use.

Step 3: Configure Group Leads with Brevo

1. Click on the Group Leads icon in your browser toolbar.
2. Click on the Gear button next to the name of the Facebook group you want to collect email addresses from and click the autoresponder tab
3. Select Brevo as the autoresponder and  turn on the "Enable Autoresponder" toggle.

   

4. Click the Credential button beside Brevo.
5. Paste the copied API key and List ID into their respective fields and click update

   

6. Click Verify and Update.
7. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the extension popup, indicating successful integration.

That is it! You have successfully linked Group Leads with Brevo. Your Facebook group data is now synced with your Brevo account, allowing you to manage and engage with your audience effectively.
