How to Fix Invalid License Key Error in GroupLeads

If you receive an "Invalid License Key" or activation error while logging into the GroupLeads Chrome Extension, it is often caused by extra spaces or formatting issues when copying and pasting your key.

Common Cause

When copying your license key from your signup confirmation email, accidental leading or trailing white spaces (spaces before or after the key string) are often included. The extension interprets these extra spaces as part of the key, resulting in an activation error.

Step-by-Step Solution

Step 1: Remove Extra Spaces

  1. Copy your license key from your email.
  2. Paste the license key into a plain text editor (or directly into the License Key field in GroupLeads).
  3. Check the beginning and end of the key:
    • Delete any space before the first character.
    • Delete any space after the last character.

Step 2: Re-enter Key and Log In

  1. Paste or type the cleaned license key into the License Key field.
  2. Click the Activate License (or Login) button.

Still Having Issues?

If you continue to experience license key activation errors after removing extra spaces:

  1. Verify that your subscription is active and has not expired.
  2. Click the support chat popup icon in the bottom-right corner of our website (groupleads.net) or Help Center to contact our support team directly.

✅ 🎉 You're all set! Once verified, your license key will activate immediately.
