How to Disable GroupLeads Automatic Approval

This guide will help you turn off the Automatic Approval feature in GroupLeads, so you can manually approve new Facebook group members instead.

1. Open the Auto-Approval Settings

Open your GroupLeads extension and click the settings icon next to your group name. 

2. Toggle Off Automatic Approval

Once you're on the settings page:

• Find the Enable Automatic Approval switch
• Toggle it to the left to turn it off

3. Save Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click Update to save your changes.

Once updated successfully, the automatic approval pop-up will no longer appear when new members request to join.

4. Approve New Members Manually

Now that auto-approval is off, you’ll need to approve new members manually by clicking the red approve buttons next to each pending member.
