Why do I have to keep entering my License Key in the extension?
If Group Leads repeatedly asks for your license, it could be due to:
1. Automatic Proxy Setup is Turned Off
If this setting is off, the extension may log out after a computer restart.
How to Fix:
- Open Chrome and go to:
chrome://settings/system - Click "Open your computer’s proxy settings."
- Under Automatic proxy setup, turn on "Automatically detect settings."below Automatic proxy setup settings, make sure you turn on “ Automatic detect settings”.
2. Browser Cookies Were Cleared
Group Leads saves your login ID in browser cookies. If you clear cookies, you’ll need to log in again.
