Why do I have to keep entering my License Key in the extension?

Does the extension keep requesting that you enter your license once in a while?

Normally, this should not occur but if it does it might be because of two reasons:

1. Your computer automatic proxy setup is turned off

If your computer's automatic proxy setup is turned off, you will be logged out of the extension if you restart your computer.

You need to make sure it's turned on

How?

Step #1: Open chrome settings by visiting the URL below. 

chrome://settings/system

Step #2:  Click on “Open your computer’s proxy settings”.

Then below Automatic proxy setup settings, make sure you turn on “Automatic detect settings”. 

That is the solution to the log-out issue when you restart your computer.

2. You cleared your browser Cookie

Once you log in for the first time, we save your ID in the cookie in your browser and cookies don't delete when you close the browser but it would delete if you clear your cookie from your browser history like below.
