How to Connect Group Leads with Flowii
This tutorial walks you through integrating Group Leads with your FLOWii CRM so that new Facebook group member data syncs to FLOWii automatically — no manual data entry required.
Before You Begin
Make sure you've completed the following before starting:
- Installed the Group Leads Chrome extension
- Connected your Facebook group to a Google Sheet
- Set up your Facebook group membership questions, including at least one that collects the member's email address
Step 1: Get Your API Key from FLOWii
Retrieve your unique API key from your FLOWii dashboard — you'll need it in the next step.
- Log in to your FLOWii dashboard.
- On the home page, click Company in the main navigation.
- Under the Company section, click Basic Data.

- Open the Extensions menu.
- Locate your API Key and copy it to your clipboard.

Tip: Paste your API key into a temporary note or text file so it's easy to access in the next step.
Step 2: Enter Your FLOWii Credentials in Group Leads
Connect FLOWii to Group Leads by entering your credentials inside the Chrome extension.
- Open the Group Leads extension in Chrome.
- Navigate to your Facebook group's Settings within the extension.
- Click the Autoresponder tab.
- Select FLOWii from the list of available autoresponders.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Email — your FLOWii dashboard login (email address)
- API Key — the key you copied in Step 1
- Password — your FLOWii dashboard login (password)
- Tag Name — the tag you want applied to new contacts in FLOWii
- Click Update to save your settings.

Note: If you're unsure which tag name to use, check your FLOWii account for existing tags or create a new one (e.g., facebook-group-members) before completing this step.

You've successfully connected FLOWii with Group Leads. From now on, whenever someone joins your Facebook group and answers your membership questions, their information will automatically sync to the Partners table in your FLOWii CRM — saving you time and keeping your contact list up to date.
