How to Use the "Decline with Feedback" Feature in GroupLeads

Follow these simple steps to enable and use the "Decline with Feedback" feature in the GroupLeads Chrome extension:

Step 1: Launch GroupLeads

• Click the GroupLeads extension icon located at the top right side of your browser toolbar.

Step 2: Access Group Settings

• Find the group for which you want to enable the "Decline with Feedback" feature.
• Click the gear icon beside the group name to open the settings.

Step 3: Enable "Decline with Feedback"

• Navigate to the "Autoresponder" tab.
• Toggle on the “Enable decline with feedback” option.

Step 4: Customise Feedback

• Choose a reason for declining the member.
• Optionally, enter a feedback message that will be sent to the declined member.
• Click the "Update" button to apply your changes.

Step 5: Save Settings

• Click the "Update" button to save all your settings.

Step 6: Decline Members with Feedback

• Go to your Facebook group and navigate to the "Member Requests" page.
• You should now see a new “Decline with Feedback” button below the “Approve Selected” button.
• Select the checkbox beside the members you want to decline.
• Click the “Decline with Feedback” button.

Step 7: Process Confirmation

• A popup will appear showing the decline process.
• The selected members will be declined and should receive your feedback in their Facebook notification panel.
