How to Integrate Group Leads With ClickFunnels

This guide will help you connect your ClickFunnels account to Group Leads so new group members are automatically sent into your funnels. Follow the steps below to gather your ClickFunnels credentials and plug them into Group Leads.

1. Access Your ClickFunnels Team Settings

Log in to your ClickFunnels account. From the left-side menu, scroll to the bottom and click Team, then select Team Settings.

2. Open the Developer Portal

On the Team Settings page, open the Developer Portal, then click Add New Platform Application.

3. Create a New Platform Application

Enter a name for your new platform application (e.g., Group Leads Subscribers) and click Create Platform Application.

4. Copy Your API Access Token

Once the application is created, your API Access Token will appear. Click the copy icon to copy it, then paste it into a Notepad file—you’ll need it shortly.

5. Copy Your Workspace ID

Click the ClickFunnels logo at the top-left to return to your workspace. In your browser URL, look for the section after workspaces/. That sequence is your Workspace ID (e.g, jPYVYP). Copy it and save it in Notepad.

6. Open Your Workspace Settings

From the left-side menu, click Workspace Settings.

7. View or Create Tags

Inside Workspace Settings, click Tags, then select Contacts. You’ll see all existing tags for your workspace. If needed, click Add Tag to create a new one for Group Leads.

8. Open Group Leads Autoresponder Settings

Next, open your Group Leads Chrome extension. Go to your group’s settings and click the Autoresponder tab.

9. Enable and Select ClickFunnels

Turn on Enable Autoresponder, choose ClickFunnels 2.0 from the autoresponder list, then click Credentials.

10. Enter Your ClickFunnels Credentials

Open your Notepad file and copy:

• API Access Token
• Workspace ID
• Tag(s)

Paste each one into the appropriate fields in the Group Leads credentials dialog box. When you're done, click Update.

Your ClickFunnels integration is now successfully connected to Group Leads. New group members will start syncing automatically according to your settings.
