How to reset your Group Leads password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it and regain access to your account. Follow the steps below to create a new password.

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Login Page

If you can’t remember your password, start from the login page.

On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” to begin the password reset process.

2. Enter Your Account Email Address

Next, you’ll need to provide the email address linked to your account.

Type your email address into the email field, then click the  “Send Reset Link” button to continue.

3. Check Your Email for the Reset Link

After submitting your email address, the system will send you a password reset email.

Open your email inbox and look for the password reset message. Then click the “Reset Password” link inside the email to proceed.

4. Create Your New Password

You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.

Enter your new password, confirm it in the second field, and click “Reset Password” to complete the process.

Once completed, you can log in using your new password.
