Can GroupLeads Be Used By Multiple Facebook Group Admins?
Yes! There is no limit to how many Facebook group admins or moderators can use your GroupLeads license across your managed groups.
Multiple admins can log into the GroupLeads Chrome Extension simultaneously using the same license key to approve member requests and capture lead data.
Step 1: Share Your License Key
- Provide your GroupLeads license key to your co-admins or moderators.
- Have each admin install the GroupLeads Chrome Extension on their web browser.
- Each admin logs into the extension using your license key.
Step 2: Grant Editor Access to the Google Sheet
To ensure data captured by all admins is saved into your central spreadsheet, grant them Editor access:
- Open your connected Google Sheet in Google Drive.
- Click the Share button at the top-right corner.
- Enter your co-admins' email addresses.
- Set their access permission to Editor and click Send.
Step 3: Grant Facebook Group Admin / Moderator Permissions
- Ensure all co-admins have an Admin or Moderator role assigned within your Facebook Group settings.
- Co-admins can now navigate to the Facebook Group Member Requests page and use GroupLeads to approve members and sync lead data.
