Yes. It is possible to add New Members' Question-Answers in Active Campaign?

The questions and answer will automatically go into the Active Campaign email marketing software when new members drop their email addresses while joining the group. 

You need not do any settings from your end as long as your Active Campaign account is set up on Group Leads extension. 

This will only happen if your new member drops an email while joining your Facebook group.  

Note: Ensure you don't have emojis on your group welcome questions if you use Active Campaign autoresponder.
